Éteri Couture was founded by Éteri Yusufova in the summer of 2019. Éteri is a seamstress in Hollywood that has worked over a decade with some of the biggest celebrities in the business like: Stella Maxwell, Gabrielle Union, Dove Cameron and many more. Throughout the years, besides her celebrity clientele, she also grew a large bridal clientele, that have frequently requested custom pieces to be designed by her personally for their big day.
Éteri Yusufova blindly began her career as a young girl in her mother’s studio Lubas Tailoring. Her mother Rose is a famous Hollywood seamstress that’s worked in the industry over 30 years with stylists like Rachel Zoe, Karla Welch and Brad Goreski. She founded and built her studio in the late 90s with her impeccable talent and relentless work ethic. Because Éteri always helped her mother naturally in the family business, her mother encouraged her from a young age to take the business seriously and work alongside her to learn the craft and continue her legacy. Rose has taught her everything she knows today and has brought out this beautiful gift Éteri didn’t even know she had. She began learning from the very basics of hemming jeans to the couture masterpieces she works on today. Granted, Rose’ legacy lives on.
After over a decade of working with haute couture runway, met gala and bridal couture pieces for her clients, Éteri designed a bridal veil for a yet another new client Karen Fradkin in 2019 that changed everything. During the weeks of constructing Karen’s veil, two of her other brides that came into their refit appointments witnessed this veil in the making and fell in love as Karen has and have placed their own orders for the stunning floor length blusher and 120” cathedral veil that’s like no other design in the industry. Karens veil radiated such magical energy and symbiosis with her Ines De Santo gown that it became evidently clear to her that this beautiful product must reach more brides for that special and magical day. That is how Éteri’s journey of bridal couture design started.
Éteri Couture is a new bridal design company founded in 2019. Consumers can buy a one of kind sample pieces from her collections or completely custom design their own piece for that special day. Éteri has a specific beaded/laced ethereal aesthetic that brings out the beauty and compliments any wedding gown.
