We hope you love your Éteri Couture piece, but if you do not, you may return or exchange your purchase with no hassles. Custom pieces are final sale.
You must notify us of your intent to return a piece within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment. Once the return is confirmed we must receive the piece back in our studio within 10 calendar days. We will send you a return shipping address, however, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund and ranges from $20-$100 depending on where you live.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. Our pieces are made with delicate fabrics so please take care when trying them on. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached reading “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned”. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. Each piece will undergo an inspection upon return, Éteri Couture reserves the right to withhold the refund for damaged and/or worn goods.
Éteri Couture does not refund shipping charges, or international duties or taxes.
